Customers can return the order, entirely or partially. Within 15 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays) of delivery, customers can return their merchandise for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in the same original conditions and with the labels/hang tag still attached.
To return the item, customers only need to fill out the return form included in each purchase.
If that form has been misplaced, please contact Customer Service at: firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please include your order number, items being returned and reason for return: refund or exchange. Customers will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which should then be written on their outgoing package.
A return can only be made for the following reasons: refund and color/size exchange. The returned item(s) must be sent in its(their) original condition and packed neatly. The returned item(s) should be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Item(s) must be returned with all original tags, wrapping and accessories received in the original box. Accessories must be returned in their original packaging and should not be damaged or altered. Additionally, please do not use the box containing the accessory as the packing box for shipment. With the exception of a product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
In case of a defective item, or incorrect item shipped that can be attributed to a mistake by 36 Chambers, customers are asked to contact Customer Service at: email@example.com. In their email, customers should include pictures proving the defect or the mistake. In these cases, shipping costs, duties and tax fees will be at the expense of 36 Chambers. Returns should be packed in the same box sent by 36 Chambers, and should have a copy of the return form inside.
36 Chambers reserves the right to not to accept returns if the package was not sent in accordance with the previously stated return policy. This includes if the delivery of the return results in extra shipping/duties for 36 Chambers, or if the delivery requires collection from one of the shipping carrier’s branches. If 36 Chambers does accept the return in spite of the product being returned improperly, 36 Chambers reserves the right to withhold a certain percentage of the returned item from the refund value.
